Discover wholesome ingredients and how to save money whilst creating delicious allergy friendly meals. You will be inspired to cook great tasting, healthy food! During the seminar, Jo will demonstrate:

• Coconut green chai smoothie
• Nut butter
• Beetroot ciabatta
• Thick coconut cream
• Chocolate and coconut cake with marbled ganache

After the seminar you will enjoy samples of the following recipes; Green chai smoothie, Beetroot ciabatta served with Macadamia Pesto; and Gooey Fudge Brownie.
