Printmaking - Screen Print 1 for Beginners - PM

$310 or $235 concession
Design and make hand cut stencils using paper, film and fine scalpel knives. Students will learn about design and colour, how to cut stencils for each colour, how to fix the stencils to the screen, printing techniques, mixing inks, quantity of inks, transparent inks, registering and overprinting, how to use the screen and squeegee. Non-toxic processes will be offered wherever possible.
All materials and equipment will be provided for this program.
