Pirra have heralded their prescence in 2017 with the r

elease of their much-awaited album 'Animal Kingdom'. To

record the album, the Sydney four-piece spent a month aw

ay from distractions in the Nambucca Valley. The

result is an infectious collection of indie pop-rock beats

comprised of tight drumming, funked-up bass riffs, and

psychedelic guitar.

Frontwoman Jess Beck gives her ethereal voice to their sophisticated yet catchy pop arrangements with surreal lyrics about modern life.

This year will see them touring around the country, playing with some of their favourite Australian bands. They will be performing material from 'Animal Kingdom 'in a live show that will unleash your inner beast.
