OKTOBERFEST - Saturday 13th, Sunday 14th & Sunday 21st October 2012
A weekend full of live Music, steins and plenty of fun, Oktoberfest at Elmar's is the prefect place to sit back, relax and enjoy Germany's biggest festival in the Swan Valley's largest Beer Garden!
Dress up in your Oktoberfest best for plenty of fun games, including stein holding competitions and tug of war.
The beer will be flowing and BBQ sizzling with plenty of German goodies.
Oktoberfest 2012 will run from 11am to 5pm on Saturday 13th, Sunday 14th & Sunday 21st October 2012. The Bar will be closed at 4pm unless otherwise instructed by Management.
Tickets for Oktoberfest 2012 are $10 (booking fee and credit card fees may apply), for each day.
Limited tickets also available for purchase at Elmar's in the Valley, opened Wednesday to Sunday.
Oktoberfest is an all ages event with a bouncy castle for the kids on Sunday 14th & Sunday 21st. Please ensure all children are accompanied a responsible adult. Entry for children 17 years and under is free for all three Oktoberfest dates.
WHAT TO BRING
Picnic Blankets, Chairs, proof of age for alcohol service. You won't need to buy a drinking glass for Oktoberfest 2012 with all beverages being served in plastic. Beer, Wine & Stein glasses will be available for purchase.
No BYO food or beverages. No shoes, no entry! Bag checks will be conducted upon entry & exit. Please note, no alcohol is permitted outside of licensed areas, including carparks.
Elmar's in the Valley are committed to ensuring our visitors and guests have a wonderful time on this day, and ensure it is so, throughout we will also be strictly enforcing our duties and responsibilities associated with the responsible service of alcohol. There will be a ZERO tolerance to any sort of anti social behaviour. Elmar's in the Valley will actively exercise its right to refuse entry to our venue to any persons not prepared to comply with these reasonable conditions.
FOOD AND DRINK
A Range of food options will be available to purchase, including everyones famous Pork Shank and German Bratwurst, Beer, Wine and Softdrinks. Please note no spirits are served at Oktoberfest. No BYO food or beverage is allowed, bag checks will be conducted upon entry and exit.
Elmar's traditional Marzen Oktoberfest beer has been conditioning since March and will be released just in time for Oktoberfest 2012.
Free onsite parking available at the venue for both cars and buses
