Astral People proudly present a low-end joint experience with L.A beat legend Nosaj Thing and his Timetable records protégé D Tiberio.

Inspired by (and a direct member of) California's bourgeoning beat scene, Nosaj Thing has carved a sound from a conjunction of wild influences. Self-releasing his Views/Octopus EP in 2006, his debut album 'Drift' was released through Alpha Pup records with Pitchfork drawing comparisons to Burial and Flying Lotus. With loose ties to LA-staple Low End Theory and influences from Rave, Drum n Bass and experimental Punk, the producer has since gone on to work with Kendrick Lamar, Flying Lotus, Radiohead, Daedelus and Health, whilst launching his own label 'Timetable' and new album 'Home' in 2013 on Innovative Leisure.

A fellow graduate of the LA-scene and championed by Nosaj Thing himself, D Tiberio marks his first Australian performances on the back of the debut LP '304'. Released through Nosaj Thing's Timetable label, it perfectly sums up his sound described by XLR8R as bass-streaked production that's steeped in soul.

Preceding their Australian shows with a joint European tour, the pair will bring their acclaimed Los Angeles magic to Sydney for a night of thunderous sounds alongside local guns Alba and Modern Fairytale.
