OPTIONAL GREEN FEE - Patrons have the option to purchase a $3 Green Fee when they buy their ticket to help fund the extensive environmental program at North West Festival, which helps all of us reduce our carbon footprint.

CAMPING IS FREE for all 2-DAY, SATURDAY and GOLD PASS ticket purchasers. If you wish to camp you MUST LET US KNOW - LOOK OUT FOR THE CAMPING QUESTION when buying your ticket, and indicate how many will be camping. Please note the campground entry closes at 10.00pm each day. For safety reasons, you will not be able to move your vehicle from the campground until 6.00AM on Sunday 24 August. As you’ve heard, North West Festival will be returning in 2014 as a WEEKENDER. That’s right – there will be free camping for two nights with a bunch of activities in between to make your Pilbara weekender the best one ever.

We’re now starting the Festival Friday afternoon through to Saturday. Plus we’re holding a Sunday Sundowner to help wind down from the activity filled weekend!

**BOOKING FEES An online booking fee of $3.90 per ticket applies and a 2% credit card or paypal processing charge (applied to the total ticket price). A phone booking fee of $6.40 per ticket applies and a 2% credit card or paypal processing charge (applied to the total ticket price). An outlet fee from $6.90 per ticket applies and a 2% credit card charge where applicable (applied to the total ticket price). A re-issue or 'name change' fee of $10.00 per name change applies.
 

TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS;

Patrons agree to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and entry to the festival.

VALID PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY FOR ALL PATRONS. 
You will be required to present one acceptable proof of age ID to enter the festival.

Only the following forms of ID are acceptable for entry to the festival under WA Liquor Licensing Law:

• a current Australian driver's license (international driver's licenses won't be accepted); or
• a current passport; or
• a current Western Australian proof of age card.

There are no exceptions to the above ID Requirements and international drivers licenses will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT UNDER 18 PATRONS: All under 18 patrons MUST be accompanied by a parent at all times. Please refer to the Family Registration page here for more info. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT guaranteed a refund and are at the discretion of the promoter.

NO PASSOUTS. Once you enter the festival, you will not be able to leave and re-enter on the same day. This includes access to the camping area.

For Camping Tickets, these terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the camping terms and conditions.

A camping ticket will give you access to the camp grounds from 3pm on Friday 22nd August 2014. For safety reasons, once you have parked, you may NOT move your vehicle from the campgrounds UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES until sunrise (6.00AM) the morning of Sunday 24th August 2014. Bus shuttles will be available to go to town during the weekend.
