NICK OLIVERI HITS MELBOURNE MARCH 29!

Modern Rock'n'Roll icon Nick Oliveri returns to Australia this March/April, appearing at a host of major cities around the country for the Mojo Burning Festival and subsequent sideshows in a move that is sure to excite a legion of fans established over the last three decades.

The veteran performer, who has donned the bass and songwriting pen for such iconic acts as Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss, The Dwarves, Mondo Generator and worked with the likes of Mark Lanegan, Turbonegro, Desert Sessions and more, will bring his solo Death Acoustic tour to Cherry Bar on Wednesday March 29.

Known for often playing naked on stage, Oliveri is keen to come to Australia again saying "I told you i'd back for a sing along! Australia... the best crowds, the best beer, Rose Tattoo, AC/DC, Hard-Ons, TumbleWeed... Whats not to love?! Can't wait to hang with all me mates!"

No stranger to controversy, Nick's live show will be packed with hits and good times on the back of latest vinyl effort N.O Hits At All Vol. 1 (Heavy Psych Sounds) due for release January 27.  Also on the bill are local legends MY LEFT BOOT and PALACE OF THE KING.
