To celebrate the 100th show of Australia's premier Latin Big Band, MUCHO MAMBO returns to the venue where it all began.

This unique 16 piece Latin Big Band comes to the Basement with some very special guests for a high energy night of Big Band Salsa and funky Mambo.

Featuring Australia's best Latin and Jazz musicians, Mucho Mambo has been blowing audiences away since 2002 with their tight arrangements, brilliant musicianship and unique visual elements.

The Mucho Mambo experience is one of a kind in the music world, a truly authentic and timeless Latin Big Band. The orchestra's dynamic and distinctive sound and world class big band arrangements will definitely fill the dance floor and make the Basement shake like never before.

Mucho Mambo's unique sound blends bold, brassy riffs and driving percussion with big brass arrangements and cool old style Latin grooves. Mucho Mambo's soundbuilds on the classic orchestrations and rhythms of the 1950's and 1960's and moves through to the great Big Band Salsa sounds of today, always reinventing them with a funky new edge.

Please let us know at the time of the booking as a special request should you prefer not to share, and subject to availability we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Note it is not possible to join ticket holders together across ticket groups (meaning A Reserve ticket holders cannot sit with B Reserve etc).

A RESERVE Dinner & Show + Beverage Package also includes a selection of Premium Red & White Wine + Local and Imported Beers and is available by exclusive table service to A Reserve Ticket Holders from Doors to Show Time (usually 1930 - 2230). *RSA and conditions apply
