The latest signing to Modular Recordings is Sydney trio, Movement, owners of a sound best described as seductive nocturnal music, and the soon to be released debut single 'Feel Real', on 24 May.   Late June sees a remix bundle of the single release, featuring Morgan Geist, Ta-Ku and Shadow Child.    Composed in a bedroom somewhere in the suburbs at night, Movement's lucid, spacious and engagingly rhythmic body music will soon see the light of day as they support Flight Facilities in Sydney and Melbourne, and play at MONA's Dark Mofo in the coming months.   Impassioned by music, particularly classic soul and the trailblazing r'n'b of the late 90's and early 2000's, Movement came into being the night that Jesse, Sean and Lewis got together and wrote 'Feel Real', their first single. After some time refining their sound and feeling their way through their collective strengths, it became obvious that this time it was something special, and thus Movement was born.   'Feel Real' struck upon something for which they'd been searching, henceforth setting a working blueprint for the band, their shadowy, tender take on dance music one that could only be born after dark.
