Front-runners of original soul and R&B music in Australia are none other than six-piece band Mayfield. There is no other sound like it.

They fuse together soulful beats, smooth melodies and powerhouse vocals that give a classic sound a modern urban twist. Add a pinch of funk and a teaspoon of Neo-soul, and you've got one delicious combination of sonic flavours.

They are set to release their debut album in 2017, with production by Ivan "Choi" from Choi Productions/Cookin' on 3 Burners. Who has recently had a number one hit "This Girl" across Europe. They have recently released a funk 45" single through "Choi Records"- "On the ropes"", which has received rave reviews and international airplay. They not only have a dynamic and captivating sound but their live performances will knock you out of your seat.
