The Lowdown Hokum Orchestra and Burlesque Revue bring their unique talents to the Spotted Mallard which will explode with vibrant sounds and exotic burlesque on Friday March 17. The brain-child of revered blues genius Doc White, the 1920's and 30's inspired performance will feature some of the country's finest artists in a hokum blues, jazz and sexy burlesque infusion set to wow audiences. The Lowdown Hokum Orchestra and Burlesque Revue is an eight-piece act made up of Doc (vocals, guitar and mandolin), Nichaud Fitzgibbon (vocals), Howard Cairns (bass), Tony Martin (drums), Paul Williamson (sax, clarinet and guitar) and Andy Baylor (violin and guitar) along with 3 of Melbourne's sassiest, sexiest, artful burlesque performers. Reviewing the Adelaide Fringe performance in 2015 Clothesline Magazine gave the show 41/2 stars and wrote "A brilliant way to spend an hour"
