Award-winning blues artists ALISON PENNEY (Sydney) and SWEET FELICIA (Melb) join Melbourne singer, DIANA WOLFE, to pay tribute to the music and life of Little Miss Rhythm, RUTH BROWN, the Grammy-winning US singer, composer and actress who pioneered the 1950s R&B sound.
