The Hi-Fi - Brisbane, QLD
ALBUM LAUNCH. Supported by Le Suits, Shellfin, Battleaxe. Lagerstein have wrestled Davy Jones in his own locker and come back victorious. Now they're taking Le Suits, Shellfin and Battleaxe to The Hi-Fi to celebrate with drinks, music and meriment.
Ahoy! Here it is, the album launch from Lagerstein, but this time we will have a real, actual, launchable album to launch and the event will be bigger and crazier than ever! Upgrading from The Springwood Hotels "Barra Bar" to one of Brisbane's finest venues "The Hi-Fi"
Hitting the stage with us are some amazing bands - Le Suits, Shellfin and Battle Axe!
Battleaxe will be kicking off the night with some straight up shredding and balls-to-the-wall hair-infused rock n' roll. Featuring members of Speedracer, Metallurgy and Black Whiskey, these guys will start the night off in style. If sex, drugs and rock n roll is your thing, be there early, fucked and coked, ready to bang your head and sink some piss!
Next to the gallows is Shellfin, a stoner-rock band that packs a punch with a might that will keep the party pumping. They love Kyass, they love volume and they love rock. With their mix of rock, groove and loud punchy riffs, they will leave you beaten and wanting more.
Le Suits are on next and, boy, there is a lot of them. This nine-piece energetic band mix many styles from Ska to Funk, Groove and Rock to make a style of music that is as catchy as it is its own. Fitted with a brass section and packed tight with talented musicians, you can expect to party, groove, dance, most and/or skank.
If you have never seen Lagerstein, heard Lagerstein or talked about Lagerstein, that's about to change. The catchiest, quirkiest, drinkiest and messiest band in Australia is finally releasing their full length album "Drink Til We Die".
Lagerstein are a folking, drinking, shouting and pirating rock/metal outfit with loud guitars, soaring keytars, earworm melodies and adventurous tales that will have you singing drunken sea shanties for drinks and drinks.
Presale ticket purchasers will receive a free physical copy of DRINK 'TIL WE DIE on entry on the night.
