There's no denying that Larry Clark's debut film Kids is a cult classic. Written by Harmony Korine at 19, Larry Clark wanted to make "The Great American Teenage Movie, like the Great American Novel"; his attempt, Kids, is a day in the life of sexually active teenagers as they talk about drugs, sex, skating and smoking during the height of the AIDS epidemic. Starring Chloe Sevigny and Rosario Dawson, this is a film that has divided critics and become a cult teenage classic.
