After thirteen years, four albums, fourteen singles, countless headline tours, thousands of satisfied punters and a series of colossal festival appearances, Welsh rockers Kids In Glass Houses announce their farewell Australian tour.

Where 2011's 'In Gold Blood' was a critically acclaimed head-trip through a fantasy world, 'Peace' is a boundlessly entertaining collection of songs that proves beyond all doubt, that Aled, Iain, guitarist Joel Fisher, bassist Andrew Sheehy and drummer Philip Jenkins, can write one hell of a tune.

Having formed in South Wales in the same fertile scene that also produced the likes of Bullet For My Valentine, Funeral For A Friend and myriad others, Kids In Glass Houses rapidly rose to prominence after being championed by their peers as talented newcomers. By the time of the release of debut album 'Smart Casual' in 2008 on esteemed rock institution Roadrunner Records, they had a Kerrang! Award nomination and numerous tours already under their collective belt; once it surfaced, things went crazy for the quintet.

Support tours with the likes of Paramore and Fall Out Boy swiftly followed, and before long work had begun on what would become second album 'Dirt'. Daytime radio play, festival main stages and significant press attention would greet its release in 2010, teeing up their shift into darker territories with 'In Gold Blood' the following year.

Supporting on all shows will be Sydney trio With Confidence. Closing in on close to 32,000 fans on facebook and having sold out their own headlining show in April at Sydney's The Lair @ Metro Theatre, With Confidence have been a force to be reckoned with touring the country continuously since early 2013 and rapidly growing their fan base. Their alternative infused pop rock melodies will make for a perfect addition to the line up.

Local supports will include Perth pop rockers I, SAID THE SPARROW who are making their mark across Australia quickly with the release of their debut album DEATHPOP earlier this year. LIGHTS OF BERLIN who have also taken the crowd pleasingly with their lead single 'The Chosen One' gathering more than 20K views in its first week of announcement. And upcoming rockers AMBERDOWN will open the night with their sick tunes!
