Become accredited by the Kansas City Barbeque Society as a Certified Barbeque Judge.
During this 4 hour tasting and theoretical class, you'll learn about the world of competition barbecue and how to grade world-class chicken, pulled pork, ribs and brisket. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be designated as KCBS Certified Barbeque Judges (CBJs), and eligible to sign up to judge competitions sanctioned by the KCBS in the United States and globally.
Class attendees will go into the draw to win a seat at the judging table for the Yak Ales Melbourne Barbecue Festival Cook-Off on Saturday 4th and/or Sunday 5th February 2016.
Your class fee also includes one year's membership to KCBS, the world's largest organisation of barbecue enthusiasts.
