At just 20, Josh Wade has exploded on to the live comedy scene in the last 12 months.

With a combination of his sharp wit and his hugely popular online videos Josh leads the new breed of new media performers sending their global audiences "into a frenzy".

Today Josh Wade announces 22 live stand up shows on the "Regional Rub Tour". Coming fresh off the back of stunning debut National tour, "Josh Wade Club Rub", which saw him sell out 20 major metro's shows in Jan 2015. First creating viral online content from his Townsville home at just 13, Josh Wade developed a passion for acting, comedy and video production. Josh continued to deliver his own viral videos throughout his teenage years before a growing fan base and early success encouraged him to craft and adapt his online material into a one hour solo stand-up comedy show. In 2014 Josh performed his debut show "I'm Josh Wade" at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Sydney Comedy Festival, receiving rave reviews for a string of 33 sold out shows. "Wade is still in his teens, but he already has his act honed. Rapid-fire, high energy, potty-mouthed, he is also an excellent ad-libber." - Baz Blakeney, Herald Sun Josh is listed in the Top 100 Australian YouTubers and has garnered one of the largest comedy fan base in Australia with a combined 900,000 subscribers and 22 million hits across all platforms.

Josh's online comedy career skyrocketed at the beginning of 2013 with the release of his comedic sketch "S**t Australians Say" and hugely popular 'wacky' street interviews with the general public in his series 'Aussie Opinion'.

In 2014 Josh headed to the USA where he travelled the country with Timmy Trumpet Will Sparks and Joel Fletcher producing a string of insanely popular (2+ million views) US interview series. It was these and various other 'sketch comedy' and 'public interview' clips including massive collaborations with comedy mates Frenchy and Keel Kolhakar which thrust Josh out of his hometown of Townsville into the bright lights of Los Angeles where he is currently filming a brand new sketch series "Venice Vibes", which looks a life of young Australian living in LA with 2 US flatmates.
