Jackson Firebird is an explosive two-piece Aussie rock outfit, spawned from the small country town of Mildura, Northern Victoria. The rock duo consists of fat guitar, distorted vocals, hard hitting drums and the uncoventional sounds of a miked-up, upside-down 'bottle bin'.

Formed in 2006, they've built a strong following on home soil and have captivated audiences at Bluesfest, and supporting such acts as You Am I, King Cannons, The Snowdroppers, Little Birdie & The Fumes.

Jackson Firebird has been busy performing on the East Coast of Australia ahead of their debut album released May 2012. They'll follow this up with appearances at The Hills Are Alive Festival and The Great Escape Festival.
