Captivating songs, endearing tunes and thoughtful, honest lyric writing.
HUSKY
Husky deliver up serious indie-pop with a folk inspired twist. Since winning Triple J Unearthed the band have garnered fans around the country with their carefully crafted songs, full of warm, lush sounds, rolling rhythms and artful lyrics.
'Forever So is breathtaking in its ambition, a shimmering fog of kaleidoscopic story-telling, each song a Nick Drake-esque fairytale delivered with full indie-orchestration' - Rolling Stone, November Issue
THE TROUBLE WITH TEMPLETON
The Trouble with Templeton, led by talented young singer-songwriter Thomas Calder, create gorgeous alternative folk influenced sounds. Their songs command attention, with passionate lyrics, exquisite soaring melodies and sensitive harmonies.
CAITLIN PARK
Caitlin Park's unique electro-acoustic sound combines found sound sampling with gorgeously warming and elegant composition. Caitlin creates her intricate and beguiling songs using old films, audio books, spoken word and musical stylings that have much in common with The Penguin Caf Orchestra and CocoRosie.
'Adding my name to the growing list of fans around here to Caitlin's joyous and smart writing. Her album is worth tracking down and investigating in full' - Richard Kingsmill, Triple J
