Live comedy has exploded in popularity in recent years and the Homebake Comedy Stage (presented by Sydney Comedy Festival) hopes to have a lasting positive impact on the growth of the local industry. Alongside the music is our hugely popular HOMEBAKE Cinema Pavilion (featuring award winning and nominated short films by upcoming Australian/NZ producers & directors expertly programmed by producer/actor extraordinaire, Kieran Darcy Smith of 'Two Hands', 'The Cave', 'September', 'The Square' & 'Animal Kingdom' fame - as well as director & co-writer of the recently released Australian film 'WISH YOU WERE HERE', starring Joel Edgerton, Teresa Palmer and Felicity Price. This year will also see a few special musical performances in amongst the films to be announced. And what would a doomsday theme be without the laughs! With it's inaugural appearance in 2011 the hugely successful HOMEBAKE Comedy Stage (presented by the ever popular Sydney Comedy Festival), returns in 2012 & will feature a stack of Australia's most beloved comedians as well as the very best emerging artists in a rollicking showcase of world-class comedy.

HOMEBAKE Music Film & Arts Festival 2012 - 'The Global Edition' is destined to be one of the most memorable, entertaining and above all, fun festival events kicking off the summer period and will also offer a variety of extra attractions & activities including multimedia, our famous international food fare, a plethora of market and information stalls, roving performers, surprises & much, much more. A SHORT BUT IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM HOMEBAKE HQ
Please note that we do endeavour to deter the practise of 'scalping', and as such we here at Homebake HQ work closely together with our ticket outlets by implementing the delayed dispatch of tickets. So folks, in accordance with our strict conditions noted on all tickets + on this website we draw your attention again to the following points:
1. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase.
2. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain, the ticket will become void and the holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue.
We therefore give you notice that all tickets purchased for Homebake Music, Film, Comedy & Arts Festival 2012 WILL NOT be dispatched to purchasers until MONDAY NOVEMBER 5th, 2012. There will be no exception to this rule, thus if you do intend on buying a ticket to Homebake, you will not receive it until after November 5th.
We do appreciate your support of Homebake and do hope that this system will assist those who genuinely wish to attend the event. On the bright side, at least you can be sure that your ticket will be held safely for you until delivery!

TRANSPORT INFORMATION
The best way to get to Homebake is by public transport. City Rail and Sydney Buses and Ferries operate frequent services to the City. The closest stations to the Domain are Circular Quay, Martin Place and Wynyard.
Don't forget to buy a return ticket as this will save you time and money, and please be prepared to wait at the stations and bus stops at the end of Homebake as there may be large crowds heading home.
