Holy Holy have today announced a national tour for January set to kick off in Sydney on 15th, heading to Newcastle, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne. They are also pleased to announce they are giving away a free never-before heard track (an original contender for the "When The Storms Would Come" album), and offering a special price on their album for a short time only, for everyone who buys a ticket.

The home turf tour announce lands hot off the heels of the band's second European tour where they recently released their critically acclaimed debut album, When The Storms Would Come. Stunning reviews have been flooding in, including a 4 star review in The Sun calling the record "A special debut, something truly blissful."

After attending their sold out London show, The Huffington Post said Holy Holy are "re-awakening their genre in an accurate and sonically spectacular fashion... Holy Holy are modern, indie DIY travellers who carry dream pop loveliness off with the big riffs and solos of a now almost forgotten time with mesmerising aplomb." Liam Gallagher also came along to the show, and as big fans, the band were incredibly honoured and delighted to meet him after the show.

Oscar Dawson says of the January Tour "We've just spent a few weeks crammed like sardines into the back of a tour van, traipsing through Europe and the UK. Our wise master Jono Steer - tour manager and sound engineer - guided us and helmed our dinghy on this journey, whilst we slept, ate and drank in the van. And indeed we took in some great shows. Selling out The Lexington in London and playing to a packed Paradiso in Amsterdam were highlights. Very happy to be heading out on the road again in Australia early in 2016 - always a pleasure playing to Australian crowds and travelling around our homeland, especially in the summertime. We'll see you out there."

With an already epic year under their belts, Holy Holy have notched up another few highlights with Oscar Dawson and Timothy Carroll announced as the first two people from one band to make the longlist for the APRA PDA Songwriting Awards and Tim winning that coveted award, their most recent single "A Heroine" once again being added to rotation at Triple J, the album being announced on the longlist for The AMP (Australian Music Prize), the mighty Lauren Laverne from BBC 6Radio in the UK coming on board as their newest fan and playing "History" several times, hitting #12 on the Spotify Viral chart in The Netherlands, and Ryan Strathie being nominated for the AU Review Award's "Best Drummer in Australia". Add in the band's recent extensive, sold-out national album tour of Aus, their killer set at Splendour In The Grass, and their two European/UK tours and it's been a year well worth writing home about. They are hugely looking forward to ending the year with a bang, with a slot at Falls Festival in Lorne on New Year's Eve.

Joining Holy Holy on the A Heroine tour will be Australian synth pop starlet, Olympia and Canadian alternative folk pop band, The Franklin Electric. It has been a busy year for Olympia with three beautiful singles, support slots with Alpine, Lamb and Paul Dempsey, and glowing media praise and anticipation growing ahead of her album release next year. The Franklin Electric have had huge success in their homeland of Canada over the last 18 months, selling out their own headline shows and supporting City & Colour and Half Moon Runs on international tours.

Holy Holy is fronted by the songwriting team, vocalist/composer Timothy Carroll and guitarist/composer Oscar Dawson. They are joined on the road by permanent drummer Ryan Strathie, Graham Ritchie & their producer Matt redlich on keys.
