In a digital world saturated with talent, cutting above the pack is rare. However, through his non-conformist and prolific production, GRMM has well and truly planted himself as one of the current leaders in the AU Electronic scene. The solo project of Sydney based producer Benn Markos has consistently exceeded his output of immaculate records since his debut release 'Electrify' ignited him in 2014. Luckily for us he is about to drop his strongest work to date.

2015 saw GRMM release his debut six track EP 'Die Young', remixes for Gorgon City, Disclosure, Rudimental, Autograf and local family Crooked Colours, Yolanda Be Cool and The Preatures, surpassing 10 million overall Soundcloud plays as well as jumping on the tour bus with Rudimental on their National Album Tour. It was however, the demos and collaborations that developed through this that will prove to be the catalyst for the future of GRMM. His first single of 2016 'Something From Nothing' was received tremendously well globally, hitting No. 1 on The Hype Machine, over 1 million streams throughout all platforms and gaining mass support from US college radio, AU community radio and spot plays on Triple J, George FM, BBC 1 and Beats 1.

Now with the news of his upcoming EP release GRMM has dropped his most diverse release to date with 'No One Knows Me Better' ft. Sleep Steady & Thandi Phoenix. The tracks ability to blend Washington duo Sleep Steady's hip-hop flow with soulful elegance of Sydney vocalist Thandi Phoenix, whilst remaining a distinctive GRMM production is a true testament to how his songwriting ability and techniques have developed since his earlier works. It's an eclectic, sophisticated and most of all a balanced display from a seasoned electronic songwriter.

GRMM's six track EP 'Scenes' will be released November 11 and will feature the likes of River, Moza, Father Dude, Johnny Gr4ves and his recent records with Quinn XCII and now Thandi Phoenix and Sleep Steady. In support of this single GRMM will be curating a single launch at the Chippendale Hotel on Sep 29 where he will be unveiling his new full live show. Off the back of this GRMM has recently signed his bookings to the Harbour Agency's Daniel Sant (Sticky Fingers, Safia, Little May).
