Greg Fleet to perform one-off show at Port Elliot’s The Joinery 

Aussie comedy great Greg Fleet will be in Port Elliot for one night only with his show Stand Up Stories: An Evening with Greg Fleet on Saturday, March 14. 

The comedian, actor and novelist will perform at new cellar door and winery, The Joinery, which is the home of Charlotte Dalton and Cooke Brothers Wines. Fleet, who has been a comedy mainstay for more than 30 years, is one of this country’s great affable storytellers and is a regular on TV, radio and festivals around the world. 

Presented by Port Elliot Events, the intimate comedy show will be a rare chance to see one of Australia’s most acclaimed stand-up talents perform in such a unique setting, as The Joinery is a welcoming offbeat and cosy tasting room in the heart of Port Elliot’s creative district, Factory 9. ‘Fleety’, who released his debut novel The Good Son in late 2018, has won much praise for raw and personal stand up shows about his well-publicised battles with addiction, Ten Years in a Long Sleeve Shirt and Thai Die, and his 2015 memoir, These Things Happen.
