"Lower Spectrum manages to preserve a distinct pattern and tonality that is all his own." XLR8R

"A timeless appeal that most producers strive toward" The FADER

Atlas (Movements I & II) is a thematic journey of dynamic percussion and transposing melody. Graceful, precise and almost imperceptibly evolving, the track moves between diffuse drifts of electronic tones and delicate, natural textures that gather velocity and strength. Ebbing and flowing through colourful passages, Atlas stretches the sonic palette of disparate repetition and vibrating rhythms to deliver an emotional vein of movement.

LOWER SPECTRUM will be launching ' Atlas (Movements I & II)' with special shows in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne where every attendee will be able to grab a free 7-inch vinyl copy of the single as part of the Vinyl Club series with blog Cool Accidents.

In coordination with the release of Atlas (Movements I & II), LOWER SPECTRUM has teamed up with a special selection of producers from around the world to compile new cuts, remixes and bonus treats in the form of the aptly titled, INVERSE EP . Picking up where New Haze left off, Inverse finds Brooklyn/Detroit producer Rioux masterfully transform the track ' Masquerade' into a deep splintering noir dance floor heater and Netherlands based producer Satori also puts his spin on the track, combining live african inspired instrumentation to mould a slow burning exploration in rhythm and harmony. Recent national tour cohort and violin virtuoso, Melbourne's Lucianblomkamp flips the seething cut 'Decompose' into a cold and decisive expedition, stamping his provocative and engaging style. Finally rounding off the EP is the ominous bonus track from LOWER SPECTRUM titled ' Oracle' . Manipulating synth lines, angelic choirs and apocalyptic drums concludes the monumental EP.
