An amphibious celebration of progressive folk music, FrogFest is touring NSW, ACT and VIC throughout May. Hop along and join in the festivities.
Celebrated for his powerful voice, unique instrumentation, unusual arrangements and organic, left field production, Brian Campeau is no regular singer songwriter. He's trying something a little different, and succeeding brilliantly at it.

Guitarist-composer Ben Hauptmann is known for his work with The Alcohotlicks and Wanderlust, amo. He won the Freedman Jazz Fellowship in 2010, enabling him to record his new progressive jazz/folk ensemble, BOB.
At times moody and introspective, at others unveiling an intensity not usually encountered in acoustic music, Dave Carrs Fabulous Contraption blur the boundaries between folk styles from around the globe.
Chaika (previously Di Khupe Heybners) began with their roots in klezmer and now have their branches swaying in the breeze of bulgarian song, balkan melodies, eastern rhythms, jazz improvisations and celtic colourations.
Cracked Actors music is built on a bed of mellow acoustic, kicked back drumming, sharp bass lines and twinkling electric guitars, all sugar coated in a layer of strings at times.
