This is next level. Picnic are proud to present an exclusive Friendly Fires DJ set down at Goodgod Small Club - their only Future Music sideshow in Sydney. Your opportunity to see one of the world's most amazing young live acts showing that they're bloody superb behind the decks as well. Whilst the band is widely known for their potent indie grooves, some of their most significant influences include Carl Craig, Prince and powerhouse techno label Kompakt, as well as classic disco, funk and boogie. Their 'Suck My Deck' mix for Bugged Out! is an absolute ripper, littered with gems by artists like Tensnake, Bot'Ox, Discodeine, Lindstrom & Christabelle and Butch.

What's more, they've hand selected exceptional remixers for their music including Justus Kohncke, Joakim and Mock & Toof, and they've run a stack of their own club parties with guests like Motor City Drum Ensemble, Michael Mayer, Prins Thomas and Horse Meat Disco, so it's clear they have a serious appetite for quality dance music.
