Enjoy a truly unique experience in the wine cellar of the magnificent Barcaldine Country House in Musk. Enjoy fine food, wine and film provided by Rosemarie & Frank La Rosa. On the menu is a two-course meal consisting of pasta with home-made spiced pork sausages in a reduced tomato passata; or pasta with a lightly pan-fried eggplant in a reduced tomato passata for a vegetarian option. The dessert is a mocha panna cotta served with rhubarb and cream.
