Engaging Adelaide singer/storyteller Fergus Maximus is finally releasing his long-awaited debut album Restless Soles. With two live EPs under his belt and performances at festivals across Australia (including a sell out Adelaide Fringe show featuring cabaret versions of his songs) Maximus says it's time for everyone else to hear the songs the way they sound in his head.

Recorded at Wizard Tone Studios and featuring an array of incredible Adelaide musicians, Restless Soles is a collection of melodic stories about people with itchy feet, love, loss, memory and the things we hold on to. The album is being launched with a full band show at The Wheaty in association with Umbrella Festival and Guitars in Bars. Wonderful singer/songwriter/poet Alison Coppe (The Janes) will kick off the night with her poignant, passionate songs exploring the vagaries of the human heart and the sights and sounds of Adelaide's western suburbs.
