Oktoberfest 2014 will run from 11am-5pm on Saturday 11th Oct, Saturday 25th Oct and Sunday 26th Oct. No entry after 3pm.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Dress up in your Oktoberfest best for plenty of fun and games, including stein holding, bratwurst eating and tug-o-war. The beer will be flowing and BBQ sizzling with delicious German goodies. Oktoberfest is an all age's event, with a bouncy castle to entertain the kids on Sunday 26th October.

General Admission Tickets $15 each (booking fee and credit card fees may apply). Premium Tickets $49 each (booking fee and credit card fees may apply). Available for Saturday 11th Oct and Saturday 25th Oct event dates only. Premium tickets are strictly 18+. Your premium ticket includes; entry through our VIP line, an original beer or a glass of wine, an Elmar's bratwurst for lunch with chips or a pretzel, and to really get you in the festival spirit - a piece of Oktoberfest attire!

VIP TICKETS
VIP Tickets to our VIP Beer Tent are available through Elmar's in the Valley at $145 + booking fee. Available for Saturday 11th Oct and Saturday 25th Oct event dates only. VIP tickets are strictly 18+. Each VIP Ticket includes; an all you can eat German Service Lunch, a Stein and one Stein fill of Elmar's Beer or a Wine Glass and a Bottle of Elmar's Wine on arrival, exclusive VIP entry and bar access, your very own area inside the VIP Beer Tent, a Pretzel on arrival, VIP Spot Prizes, Games and more! WHAT TO BRING
Picnic blankets, chairs, WA Proof of Age card, Australian Drivers Licence or Passport. No ID, No Entry. You won't need to buy a drinking glass for Oktoberfest 2014, with all beverages served in plastic - Polysafe glass steins will also be available for purchase.

FOOD AND DRINK
A range of food options will be available to buy, including everyone's favourite Pork Shank and German Bratwurst, Beer, Wine and Soft drinks! Spirits are not served at Oktoberfest.

Elmar's traditional Marzen Oktoberfest Bier has been conditioning since March and will be released just in time for Oktoberfest 2014!

Free onsite parking available at the venue for both cars & buses.

No BYO food or beverages (only sealed bottled water). No pets.
Alcohol is not permitted outside of licensed areas, including car parks.
All bags are subject to a safety & security search upon entry and exit. No pass-outs.
No refunds on purchased glassware. Bars close at 4pm or at Managers discretion.
Dress comfortably or in costume, however please ensure clothing is discretionary.
For your safety, footwear must be kept on at all times.
This is a cash only event. ATM available on-site.
Although smoking is permitted at this event, it is allowed only in the designated "smoking area".

The bar staff have the right to refuse service of alcohol if it appears you are getting a bit messy and loose. Please accept their decision and have water instead.
