If you purchased your ticket online or over the phone through The Hi-Fi, your ticket will be automatically refunded back to your credit card account. Once a refund has been processed, you will be notified via confirmation email. It usually takes around 3 business days for the funds to return to your account.
 
If you purchased your ticket from a retail outlet you will need to return to the outlet with your ticket to receive your refund.
