Event Details

ON SALE FRIDAY 22 JUNE. Supported by Like Moths To Flames (USA), In Hearts Wake, Hand Of Mercy. Sometimes things just seem like they were meant to be. Whether it's chance, talent, timing or a combination of all of the above, the stars align and opportunities others fight long and hard for just fall from the sky.

Prime example is Melbourne's Post-Hardcore six-piece Dream On Dreamer.

The bands debut "Hope" EP became a worldwide hit, securing the band US co-management with red hot Sacramento-based company The Artery Foundation, and deals throughout the world with Rise Records (US/Europe) and Triple Vision (Japan). They toured with The Amity Affliction, Emmure (US) and Deez Nuts, smashed out one of the most memorable Push Over Festival sets in recent times, and then flew straight to Florida to record their debut full length, Heartbound.

Dream On Dreamer garnered over 45,000 "Likes" on Facebook, did arena tours with Avenged Sevenfold and The Devil Wears Prada, before heading out on dates across the Europe, North America, Japan, New Zealand (and of course Australia) in support of Heartbound. They've been featured in major press across the world and have released three film clips on shoe-string budgets that have accumulated over 1,000,000 YouTube plays and are already one of the hottest punk rock tickets in Australia. Most recently, their album "Heartbound" was nominated for an ARIA Award for Best Hard Rock album of 2011, while fans voted the band Blunt Magazine's "Best Newcomer" and "Album of the Year" in the recent Yearbook issue.

So here we are, 24 months on, and on the eve of the worldwide release of the bands debut album. So far, everything has gone as well as can be imagined. So how has this all happened so quickly? The answer is simple: listen to HEARTBOUND.
