In the forever changing world of the underground music scene, it can be difficult to keep track of who's hot and who's pushing the aural boundaries to places we've never heard before. One artist who has consistently maintained his standing amongst the electronic elite is German star, Solee.  

Following on from Guti's roof-tearing live show, Darkbeat and OneSixOne are teaming up again to bring you another incredibly gifted live performer. Known for his exploration of deep melodic house & techno, Solee is a marvel to watch as he seamlessly transitions across the spectrum. While having toured the globe as a successful DJ, since 2013 he has focused solely on performing his Live Set in order to each and every facet of his creative mind.  

While Normen Flaskamp has produced under various guises since 1999, it was in 2006 with the birth of Solee that saw his career jump to new levels. It was also the time when he started the hugely successful record label Parquet Recordings, which has played host to some of the finest artists; showcasing a distinctive take on melodic house and techno. Beyond Parquet, Solee has released on fabled labels such as Get Physical, Bedrock, Yoshitoshi and Sudbeat. As always Darkbeat and the family at OneSixOne will be supplying you with the absolute cream of the crop of Melbourne's local talent.
