CLUBFEET ANNOUNCE FIRST EVER AUSTRALIAN SHOWS

Clubfeet are excited to announce their first ever live shows in their adopted Australian homeland with a national tour in July. The Melbourne (via Cape Town) five-piece have been the subject of much worldwide chatter over the past twelve months, where they've been labeled as one of the hottest young prospects from this corner of the world.

The band appeared from total obscurity to release their debut album, Gold on Gold, in late 2010. After being championed by the likes of Pitchfork, Spin, RCRD LBL and Discobelle, word has gradually spread about the then-unknown band. A series of new remixes and video clips throughout 2011 saw their profile grow exponentially as more supporters (NME, The Guardian, Dazed) jumped on board. In late 2011, Clubfeet debuted their live show at New York's CMJ Festival to rave reviews - including a spot in Paste's Top 10 Bands of CMJ.

To celebrate the release of their brand new City of Light / This Time double A-side (on iTunes now, 7" out in June through influential UK label Too Pure), the band are taking a break from recording their sophomore album to perform their first Australian shows. Don't miss them.
