Say g'day to the new kids on the block, Culture Club Magazine!
With huge anticipation and overwhelming excitement, Culture Club have organised a huge night for their official launch of Adelaide's newest youth publication featuring an all-star local lineup.
The night is set to capture everything the magazine is about. Stories and art that encapsulate the essence of what makes being a youth such a wickedly fun time! They work with their contributors to create a platform that gives young people the opportunity to project their creative ideas in an environment that celebrates equality.
On the bill are some of Adelaide's best up and coming bands who have each weaselled their way into the local live scene by firstly bringing good old party vibes backed up by tasty music for your ear canals.
Chiara La Woo - It's been a massive debut year for party indie/rock/reggae crew the Woo Boys. Releasing 3 singles, supporting the likes Northeast Party House, Alex Lahey and more and then playing to a sold out crowd in a Vietnamese restaurant for their first ever headlining show.
Burnside Mums - After dropping their awesome debut tune 'Spinning Out' which seems to get better and better with every listen, the Bad//Dreems influenced indie rock outfit the Burnside Mums have graced the stage with the likes of Good Boy and have made their way onto some sweet local music festival lineups.
The Oh Balters - The Alice spring originated Balter boys began their careers to a sold out crowd in their backyard and bring an Australiana authentic folky rock to the stage alongside some classic banter. It's like Paul Kelly and Carl Barron had 4 kids and gave them all instruments for their birthdays.
