Bootleg Rascal has had a massive couple of months abroad. Touring with label-buds,

Sticky Fin gers, in Europe and the USA. Then headed back to EU/UK, playing their own

headline shows and a couple of Dutch festivals.

With a couple of months down time back in Oz, they are currently working on their second album. Their first single 'Love Her Like I Love You' is the first taste of what's to come from the second album. A record that emphasizes their melodic knack, their unique use of loops and explores a recent Rascals obsession for 80's sounds and drum pads (echoes here of Bowie and Peter Gabriel).

After releasing their debut album, 'Asleep In the Machine', in Jan this year, the

taco-slinging-dub monsters continued to charter their way at home and abroad. Selling out a Manning Bar (SYD) and Corner Hotel (MEL). The title track off the album, 'Asleep In The Machine', also placed at #169 in T riple J's H o ttest 200 countdown (2016).
