"Feel" is the anthemic new single from the Gold Coast's garage-pop bombshells Bleeding Knees Club, and is the first fresh material from the band since last year's acclaimed debut album "Nothing To Do". The puppy-packed film clip for "Feel" just dropped this morning and is currently doing the rounds online.

Produced by Melbourne-based legend Lindsay Gravina (Violent Soho, Magic Dirt), "Feel" is the sound of Bleeding Knees Club gaining confidence and branching out. Mess+Noise has already enthused "It's still intoned with nasal earnestness over crashing bubblegum punk, but it could just be a sign of a more grown-up band". From a duo whose first EP was recorded in the back of a shoe shop in their hometown, Bleeding Knees Club have come a long way in their short but busy existence. After a flurry of early international attention, 2012's "Nothing To Do" album was recorded in New York City with producer Dev Hynes (aka Blood Orange), and more recently frontman Alex Wall unveiled the self-produced solo record from his gonzo-punk alter-ego Wax Witches in February.

"Nothing To Do" was released a little over 12 months ago to a rapturous reception. In Australia, triple j Mag awarded it 9/10 and said it was "an album you can't help but love", while UK music bible NME hailed the band's "undeniable knack for turning out two-minute garage-pop songs". The duo supported it with two massive national headline tours in 2012, alongside slots at the Splendour In The Grass and Falls Festivals, as well as their run of chaotic Call The Cops shows with best buds DZ Deathrays and Yacht Club DJ's.

Bleeding Knees Club will launch "Feel" on a 4-date tour in late May and early June. Joining them as special guests for all shows will be Sydney surf-pop sensations Sures, who are currently putting the finishing touches on their own new EP.
