BLACK VANILLA "OUT" TOUR - SYDNEY

It's not hard to say what it is Black Vanilla is about. Our music is physical. Our music is physical. We hope that's undeniable. We have always existed first and foremost in the live realm. Our first release, 2013's "Black on Black on Black" mixtape, broke a promise we made to each other when we first came together - to exist entirely within the immediacy of performance. When we say we're coming "OUT" to you for this tour, it's actually a homecoming, the stage is where we feel most comfortable, and those of you that choose to come are a family. Black Vanilla shows seek to present a fight for the marginal, with queer and POC bodies to the front in a celebration of social resistance. Our history began at Dirty Shirlows warehouse in Marrickville (RIP) and we will always feel at home in the DIY scene. Time has moved on and we're equally as interested in what the dancefloor can do for us, and what we can do to it. Come out.
