Come indulge your dance Knowles-ledge and rejoice in the dynamism of two sissy's taking over the world. This is a beginners/no dance experience necessary/all bodies welcome workshop - all you need is to be open to listening and participating and moving your body.

We'll be going through a series of guided movements to warm the body to a soundtrack of your favourite Knowles tracks then learning a short routine.

In the interest of keeping things safe/and fun there will be a no gronks policy in the class - Led by your dance guardian angel Amrita Hepi. <3
