Since the release of her debut album, Headway, in 2004, Bertie has continued to develop her signature vocal style and penchant for brutally honest lyrics in her exploration of modern pop. Her recent album, Boy, received critical acclaim, blending electronic influences to deliver pop music with depth. This promises to be a mesmerizing performance from this ARIA award-winning, seductive vocalist.

ABOUT THE GARDEN PARTY

This summer, a vacant lot in Southbank becomes your backyard - that is, if your backyard is home to some of the biggest names in Australian and international indie, electro and soul music. Astroturf and street art, deckchairs and DJs, flowers and funk. This is the place to spend warm summer evenings.

The Garden Party is the outdoor music festival with a difference. Join us in the Garden for drinks, great food and the simple pleasure of hearing and seeing your great acts on stage. It happens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 25 January to 17 February.

Where is The Garden Party?  On Sturt Street, right next to Melbourne Recital Centre.
