LOCK IT UP TICKET INFORMATION

REDEEM

• Redeem your disposable key at the lockers. Lock It Up Staff will scan your ticket and you will receive unlimited access to your locker throughout the event.
• Bring photo ID and ticket. Only the person whose name is on the ticket can redeem the locker.

LOCATION

Location will be available when the map is announced.

OTHER

• Upsizing may not be possible on the day
• No refunds if you don't turn up or come after redemption time
• No refunds if you lose your key. A replacement key will cost $5.
• There are 2 USB chargers in each locker. Charger cables will be available to purchase on the day.
• DO NOT STORE anything not permitted in the festival in the lockers.
• Contact lost@lockitup.net.au for lost property/left items after the event.

LOCK IT UP LOCKER INFORMATION

Small

• Your locker size is 20cm wide x 12cm high x 30cm deep. This is designed for phones, wallets, keys and jewellery and phone charging. NOT BACKPACKS OR JUMPERS ETC!!

Medium

• Your locker size is 20cm wide x 20cm high x 30cm deep. This is designed for your valuables, purses and a jumper or shoes. NOT BACKPACKS!!

Large

• Your locker size is 20cm wide x 40cm high x 30cm deep. This is designed for you're a small backpack to chuck all your jumpers and valuables in. COUNTRY ROAD SIZED BAGS WILL NOT FIT. LARGE LAPTOPS WILL NOT FIT.

X-Large

• Your locker size is 35cm wide x 34cm high x 43cm deep. This is designed for large backpacks, cameras etc.
