Following a trip to the South By Southwest music festival in Austin, Texas and a sold out national tour with Matt Corby, Melbourne six-piece ALPINE are hitting the road in August and September for a massive Australian tour to celebrate the release of their debut album, 'A Is For Alpine'.
ALPINE's sparkling, exuberant indie pop has been lauded by fans and critics across the globe, including the likes of Pitchfork, KEXP, Nylon and Noisey, with The Guardian naming them "hands down the best Aussie band we've heard all year." Their upcoming album, 'A Is For Alpine', contains the singles 'Villages' (the video of which has amassed over a million views on YouTube), 'Hands' (featured by indie tastemakers Pitchfork), and their latest offering 'Gasoline', described by Vice as "a rollicking, balmy banger."
The band are heading out on their biggest tour to date across August and September, bringing their energetic, emotional live show to venues across the country. Joining them are dance-rock darlings and NME favourites Clubfeet (excluding WA) and soulful singer-songwriter Georgi Kay.
ALPINE's new single 'Gasoline' is available to stream over at their Soundcloud page:

'A Is For Alpine' is released on August 10th, on Ivy League Records.
