Rising from their presence on social media, 5 Seconds of Summer have amassed over 4 million YouTube views, 45,000 Facebook fans and 16,000 twitter followers in the four months that they have been together as a band.

Luke gets to play sexy music with his best friends, is the youngest in the band and also the front man. He was actually Tom DeLonge in his past life...even though Tom DeLonge is still alive.

Ashton is a closet Slipknot fan and gets to play drums in a band with his three best mates. You should see his troll run.

Michael's guitar skills are fueled by cheeseburgers (no pickles, no onion) and he wears matching jumpers and track pants when no one can see him.

5 Seconds of Summer have 20,000 followers on Twitter, over 40,000 on Facebook and almost 3 million views on Youtube. They released their acoustic EP 'Unplugged' this week, which reached number 3 on the iTunes charts.

The first east coast tour, which happened in May this year, sold out in 5 minutes crashing the ticketing websites.

All members of 5 Seconds of Summer are under 18 and still in high school.
