WHAT IS A MOSHFILE?
What do I use my moshfile for?
- - Update your personal info, including saved credit cards to make booking that little bit quicker!
- - Registering for the moshguide and mailing lists and updating your preferences.
- - Register your moshcards to your moshfile for extra security.
- - View your upcoming and previous event history.
- - Print tickets, re send tickets to your email and reissue your tickets.
How do I log into my moshfile?
To log into your account please proceed to the moshtix homepage www.moshtix.com.au. Located on the right hand side of the page you will see a space to login or register.
Please enter the email or mobile number you are registered with and your password. If you are unsure use the details you used when you purchased your tickets. If you have forgotten your password please click on the forgotten password link ‘I’ve forgotten it’ and your password will be sent to the mobile number or email address you have entered.
How do I log in to my moshfile to view my 1D barcode tickets?
To view any tickets you have purchased that are on the new 1D barcodes please go to the link below and click on ‘My Account’ to log in.

You will need your username and password to log into your new moshfile. If you are unsure what your username is, it might be your email! If this doesn’t work please give us a call and we can advise you what your username is.
