HOW DO I CHANGE A NAME ON MY TICKET?
Definition of Re-issue
2D barcode tickets - Invalidates the original barcode ticket, and issues a replacement barcode ticket. This can be used to change the name on the ticket or to issue a new ticket in the same name if the ticket has been stolen/lost. Re-issuing of 2D barcode tickets can be done online or by phone.

1D barcode tickets have no re-issue function.

Definition of Re-Send
2D barcode tickets - Sends the same ticket without invalidating or updating any details. This can be done online or by phone.

1D barcode tickets - Invalidates ticket barcode and sends a new ticket barcode without changing any other information. This can be done by phone only.

How do I re-issue a 2D barcode ticket?
If you need to change the name on a ticket you will need to re-issue the ticket. Only the original purchaser may re-issue the ticket. You will need the full name and DOB of the person who will be attending the event and credit card details to pay the re-issue fee (if required) which is charged per ticket. Please note all re-issues must be finalised at least 48 hours before the start time of the event.

To re-issue your ticket online you will need to log into your moshtix account. To log into your account please proceed to www.moshtix.com.au. Located on the right hand side of the page you will see a space to login or register.

How to re-issue a Moshtix 2D Barcode ticket - step 1

Please enter the email or mobile number you used when you purchased your tickets and your password. If you have forgotten your password please click on the forgotten password link ‘I’ve forgotten it’ and it will be sent to the mobile number or email address you have entered. Once you have logged into your account click the ‘View all bookings' link on the right hand side.

Your event will appear in ‘your upcoming events’. Underneath the event details click on the re-issue link.

How to re-issue a Moshtix 2D Barcode ticket - step 3

Click the check box next to the names you would like to remove from your tickets and click the re-issue button.

Enter the first and last name as well as the DOB of the person who will be attending the event. If there is a fee to re-issue the tickets you will need to enter credit card details on this page to pay the reissue fee. Once you have checked the details are correct click the re-issue button.

How to re-issue a Moshtix 2D Barcode ticket - step 5

Once the transaction is approved (if a fee is required) your new PDF ticket/s will be sent to the email you purchased your tickets with.

You can also print the new ticket directly from your moshfile. Click ‘view all bookings’ and in ‘your upcoming events’ you will see the new ticket you have created underneath the original booking. Click ‘Print PDF ticket’ to open the ticket in a webpage that you can print out straight away.

How do I re-issue a 1d barcode ticket?
If you have a 1D barcode ticket (see below to see the difference in the barcodes) you do not need to re-issue the name. All 1D barcode tickets have the name of the person who booked the tickets on them. Anyone can use these tickets. It does not need to be the person whose name is on the ticket.
