REFUNDING TICKETS
Can I refund my ticket?

There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on all tickets unless the event has been cancelled or postponed as per our terms and conditions.

You can however pass your ticket onto someone else to use. For barcode tickets please see the re-issue FAQ section. For a moshcard/credit card ticket please see the moshcard FAQ section.

How do I obtain a refund on a cancelled or postponed event?
Moshtix will call or email you with details of each cancelled or postponed event as sometimes there may be other options rather than a refund.

Generally if you purchased on the web, mobile web or over the phone using moshtix, then we will automatically issue a refund back to the credit card used for purchase. If this is the case we will email you a confirmation that your refund has been processed to the email address provided when you booked. It usually takes around 3 business days for the funds to return to your account.

If you purchased via a retail outlet and received a moshcard or barcoded receipt you will need to return to the exact outlet you purchased from for a full refund. Please note you must take your moshcard/s and receipt to obtain a full refund, you will also be asked to sign for your refund.
