- International pin-up model Sabina Kelley is the official spokesmodel and face for the Expo and she will be at the show on all 3 days promoting her calendars, meeting her many friends and helping judge the Pin-up Girl Pageant as well as adding to her impressive ink collection with a tattoo by Mimsy Gleeson on the Monday.

- Entertainment includes daily fashion parades, body painting parades, burlesque performers, and live bands.

- Iron Body custom car and motorcycle displays, with best in show trophies sponsored by Freestyle Magazine.

- Freestyle Air Park with daily demonstrations of leading skateboarders and bmx riders, sponsored by Monster Skate Park.

- Tattoo Art Fusion each evening with leading Australian and International tattoo artists combining their skills to produce 3 collaborative artworks which will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to the official Expo charity Cure our Kids. Art Fusion sponsored by H2Ocean.

- Tattoo Art Gallery participating artists are invited to bring their artwork for display in the Gallery, these will all be for sale (and once again CEO will not be charging any fees or commissions for this value added initiative).

- Tattoo Contests,these popular contests will be judged on a separate contests stage so everyone can see the entrants and the judges in action, this year there are 26 categories plus best tattoo of the day for both male and female entrants and best overall tattoo done at the Expo for both male and female. Trophies sponsored by Get Inked and Oztatz and prize packs sponsored by Protat.

- VIP Guest appearance by Matt Booth of Room 101 Silver direct from Los Angeles.

- Skate board deck art gallery and silent auction, in a first at any tattoo convention we have purchased 100 blank skate board decks and are inviting our tattoo artists to paint a deck and bring it to the Expo where these will be on display and then auctioned off in a silent auction with all proceeds going to Cure our Kids.

Children under the age of 9 are free.
