ALPINE ANNOUNCES INTIMATE & EXCLUSIVE SHOW IN SYDNEY

GiggedIn, the live music subscription service, has been growing rapidly and are now providing regular shows that are exclusive to members.

Melbourne's ALPINE who make bold, shimmering, sophisticated pop music are pleased to announce an intimate and exclusive show in Sydney for GiggedIn members.

"We've been focused on one mission - to get people off the couch at home and out to more shows. It's really rewarding to see us achieving this whilst hearing from members saying how much they love the service and all the new acts they've discovered through us." Says CEO Edwin Onggo. "We are very excited to have Alpine headline our next members exclusive show this May. Having seen the band at the Metro last year; it will be an incredible experience to see them in such an intimate setting.

The Melbourne six piece exploded onto the scene in 2012 with their first album A Is For Alpine, debuting at number one on the Australian iTunes chart. Described as a 'band to watch' by Rolling Stone magazine and touted similarly by the Guardian, Time and Vice, the pop group released their second album Yuck in mid-2015 before selling out shows around the country and entertaining crowds on the summer festival circuit.

Sharing the stage with Alpine will be English born, now Adelaide based, JESS KENT who quickly gained momentum after winning Triple J Unearthed Field Day competition. Recently known for her popular single 'Get Down' and as the vocalist on Paces 'No Chill', she has been described as Australia's answer to M.I.A.

The distorted electro-pop of R.W. GRACE (formerly Grace) will be kicking off the night. R.W. possesses the ability to convey both great power and gentle fragility on stage. She shyly giggles between songs, before exuding incendiary energy as she whips her hair and guitar wildly. To witness is a captivating contradiction.

GiggedIn offers its members unlimited guest list access to shows across Sydney for a (no contract) monthly fee.
